Targeted Sector Economics as practiced in the state of Maine is a Cloward & Piven strategy targeting the middle class. While the popular lingo of the state is heavily peppered with the lexicon of globalism, the middle class is missing in action! While politicians campaign for higher minimum wages , the real solution for the bottom is a vibrant middle class.

How it all began. My encounter with The Small Enterprise Growth Fund at a Juice Conference for Maine's creme de la movers and shakers in the year 2009, the year of the Obama Stimulus. The peek into the inner workings of Maine's central management class that led to examining the statutes passed by the Maine State legislature since 1977 when the legislature declared centrally managing the economy to be an "essential government function"
