Maine's latest job creation program,Put ME to Work, lauds the virtues of the public-private hegemony as it ups the requirements for recieving corporate welfare benefits parsed in the new terminology of "high compensation" to replace the former "above average income- all to be finnaced by labor and businesses in the bottom half of the economy ! and all for the "public benefit" or so we are told !
