Preserving The American Political Philosophy: Made in America VS Global Capitalism

The philosophy of Andersen Studio ( Andersen Design) Ceramics has long been committed to being a made in America product, but the philosophy of the centrally managed economy of the state of Maine is to embrace global capitalism. Andersen Design is well aware of what global capitalism is because ceramic is one of the first western industries to be exported over seas to global low wage labor markets. And so as Andersen launched a new website dedicated to crowdfunding a mold renovation product of its extensive line of wild life sculptures and contemporary functional forms, with a goal of having our product produced through a network of American ceramic slip casters- the question arises - Is Andersen Design naive- OR are the central managers of Maine's economy short sighted?

Preserving The American Political Philosophy: LEGISLATING A RUN AROUND THE MAINE CONSTITUTION

I added some new information to this blog post about the fundamental transformation of the Bond ratification process in Maine. The 2011 law shoes how the process of transforming constitutional requirements from mandates to optional has been planned all along as an incremental process which is complete in the 2011 statutes which are written to say that complying with the constitution is optional! The UNCONSTITUTIONAL corporate state of Maine at work!

     Preserving The American Political Philosophy

Jonathan Gruber, an architect of Obamacare bragged about how the United States legislature passed ObamaCare , turning over a sixth of the U.S. economy to the government, Gruber admitted that the Obama administration went through "tortuous" measures to keep the facts about the legislation from the American people, including covering up the redistribution of wealth. The Architects of Obama Care don't have anything over the Maine Legislature which has likewise taken over massive portions of the Maine economy and in the process embedded a vast unconstitutional network of state corporations which redistributes the wealth of the people using equally manipulative ethics codified into statutory law. 5 out of 6 bonds recently voted in by the people of Maine will be distributed through the unconstitutional corporate state network. To avoid having to provide a fiscal statement with the bond questions, In 2013, the Maine legislature passed a statute that says, in effect- You can comply with the

Preserving The American Political Philosophy: Why Maine Should Say NO to Bonds!

I finished my analysis of the bonds on the Maine ballot that I started yesterday. All but one of the bonds are to be dispersed through the corporate network of Maine State Inc -in other words they are a hidden means of under writing the ongoing operation of an unconstitutional state corporation- My analysis explains why, in my opinion, that is a very bad idea. The ONE bond which will not be dispersed by the corporate state is the bond in support of clean water. This will be dispersed as a real state function and benefits all of the people equally. In my research of the 2013 legislative session, I saw that it is difficult for a bill supporting environmental concerns to compete against the business interests of the corporate state and so I think it would be real "social justice" to support the clean water bond and nix all the rest. Bond Question #7 is for a good cause- a lobster processing facility but is still a special interest and should be done through the private sector. It seem

Preserving The American Political Philosophy: Why Maine Should Say NO to Bonds!

Since around 1977, the Maine State legislature has established a deeply entrenched network of unconstitutional state corporations, which has transformed, in practice, Maine State to Maine State Inc, operating for the benefit of corporate profits and using all as instrumentalities of the state (corporation). Every election the legislature presents a full package of bonds for public approval which are used to finance the on-going operations of Maine State Inc. These bonds are presented with the usual glossy surface rhetoric of creating jobs but to understand their full purpose, one needs to look deeper at the statutes that have entrenched Maine State Inc over the Maine State Constitution as the governing authority of Maine. This posts provides a glimpse into what lies below the glossy surface and copacetic rhetoric used to market the bonds to the public and is based on five years of independent research into Maine economic development legislation. Maine Just Say NO to Bonds!
